PRODUCTION FACILITY

Our production facility is spread over an area of 5000 sq/m and churn out an impressive production output exceeding 200 tons of foam products per month.. Total size of factory will be almost 1000 square meter where the shed will house four lines of production units and each line will have four individual machines making it a total of 16 different production units within the shed.


STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENTS

Main Station, Hopper Filling System, Steam System, Air System, ups Molding Machine, & Filling Injection Gun, Cups Mold, Automatic Collection System & Storage and Distribution Facilities.


STORAGE & DISTRIBUTION

We have excellent storage and distribution facilities and have a strong supply chain network which enables us to deliver consignments within the stipulated time period.
